Who We Are

Siesta Key Chapel is affiliated with the Peace River Presbytery on the west coast of Florida, and part of the Presbyterian USA nationwide.

Chapel Mission Statement

"Surrounded by the beauty of creation, we respond to God's grace in worship, fellowship, and praise, eager to grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior as we follow the Spirit's call to love one another, proclaim the Gospel and serve the world God loves."

Worship

Traditional Christian Worship reaches deep into the soul to provide balance, insight and spiritual strength for daily living. Weekly services are led by Interim Pastor Thomas Cook, and include introductions, hymns, the children's moment, and teachings.

Music

Our worship is enhanced with organ, piano, voice and bell choirs. You can read in depth about the music program on our Music and Organ pages.

Christian Education

Classes and small groups provide the basis for a deeper understanding of the life of Jesus and his message.

These include:
Children and Adults Sunday School
Presbyterian Women
Men's Fellowship
School of Christian Living (SCL)
Confirmation Class
Audio and Video recordings of Sermons and Service

Caring for Family

With our Pastor, the parish nurse and deacons provide physical and spiritual support to those in need. For more information, visit our health page.

Mission Outreach

Jesus said ''Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation". At the chapel we do this by helping to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, uplift the farm workers, care for students and the imprisioned, assist the disabled and teach Bible School abroad. We do this by supporting several agencies at the local, regional, national and international level.
